Gençleri kötü alışkanlıklardan uzak tutmak amacıyla sporu teşvik ettiklerini söyleyen Başkan Demirtaş “Spor’un hem bedensel hem de zihinsel gelişime katkı sağladığını belirterek, her alanda sporu teşvik ediyoruz” dedi. TFF Samsun Bölge Müdürü İbrahim Güven, TFF HİF(Herkes İçin Futbol) Müdürü Serbülent Şengün, TFF HİFBölge Sorumlusu Osman Üstünel,  Bayan U-17 ve U-15 Milli Takım Yardımcı Antrenörü ve Bayan Futbolu Geliştirme Yönetmeni Necla Güngör,  A – Milli Bayan Futbol Takımı Teknik Direktörü ve Bayan Milli Takımlar Sorumlusu Yücel Uyar, İlkadım Belediye Başkanı Necattin Demirtaş’ı makamında ziyaret etti.
Ziyarette konuşan TFF Samsun Bölge Müdürü İbrahim Güven, “Spor ile meşgul olan bireylerin  ahlaklı bir toplumun inşasının temelini oluşturduğunu  ifade etti.
Sosyal Belediyecilik anlayışıyla gençlerin spora yönlendirilmesi ve kötü alışkanlıklarından uzak kalması amacıyla sporu teşvik ettiklerini kaydeden İlkadım Belediye Başkanı Necattin Demirtaş, “ Ahlaklı bir neslin yetişmesinde spor çok önemli bir faktördür. Belediye olarak geleceğimizin güvencesi çocuklarımızın kötü alışkanlıklardan uzak kalması amacıyla spor her alanda teşvik ediyoruz.” diye konuştu.
